Mass Effect 3 Boycott

Does anybody else feel that EA/Bioware have gone too far on this one? I think so and it is with great pain I'll say that I'm going to try and boycott this DLC. Already posted on their twitter, will resume on their Facebook and other social media pages.

Launch dlc.  BLEEEEEEH.  Didn't we learn how bad it was with Deus Ex?

I'll still be buying the game, probably just not this DLC

Activision twists everything into profits.

Faith in BioWare dwindling... Will probably still end up getting this. Oh wait, I'll pirate it anyway!

**Buying an Activision game.
You are the root of the problem.

EA isn't Activision but is equally as bad.

Oh yeah, it's EA pulling the strings behind BioWare, not Activision - my apologies.

Unfortunately, as you said, it doesn't make the situation much better.

Activision. Because while EA is just as much a whore for money, at least many of the games they publish are actually good. Activision has no excuse, they're whoring every last penny out of games that weren't good in the first place.

Guitar Hero, Call of Duty, and Tony Hawk series'
Compared to Battlefield, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and Skate series'

EA is progressively getting more like Activision though <_<

I haven't bought an EA game since Bad Company 2.

That said, EA does publish The Sims, FIFA and Rock Band. Which are also an extremely iterative number of series.

Requiem for EA/BioWare

Well this is absolutely disgraceful. Not only did they bring out the DLC, but they lied to us about it. This video shows that the "DLC" is not just a release-day DLC, it is actually on the Disc itself. Meaning that Bioware and EA have lied to us about "Creating it after the game was finished and certified".

This makes me even happier that I boycotted the game, it may have been unsuccesful, but at least I know my morals.

Suck on your crappy ending and lack of RPG Biodrones!

I just finished the game.  Ending wasn't so bad, but still a let down, mostly cause the epic feeling in the series was gone, but the 3 choices you get at the end kind've stumped me, but it was also annoying as your previous choices really mean nothing in the end.

Yeah, in the end they all lead to the same thing:
1. Shepard dies: Good job
2. The reapers get fucked: Good job
3. Shepard commits mass multi-genocide by trapping entire galactic armies on Earth, a planet that has not got the resources, to sustain them. They're screwed until they redevelop inter-stellar travel in a couple millennia. So Shepard killed more people than the Reapers every did or would: Good job.
Is it even a 30 hour game?

I actually boycotted it.  Who else really did?
