I might as well start this because I have been a long time supporter of the Humble Indie Bundle and the Indie Royale Bundle is very good.

Basically, the Humble Indie Bundle is a Bundle of Indie games that are sold on a website for a "Pay what you want" price. The money that you pay is split between donations to charity (Which is usually child's play) and money for the Indie Developers who made the games.

The Indie Royale Bundle is a new Bundle, just like the Humble Bundle, but with a small difference. The "Pay what you want" price is limited to what the Current Bundle Price is (Changed by how much people pay for it) and you can't pay any lower than that. This is a step up from the Humble Indie Bundle because although the Humble Bundle provides bonuses for people that pay above the average price, The indie Royale bundle stops disgusting worms paying 1 cent for a set of indie games, going to charity (Note that the Humble Bundle would make a loss because of bandwidth, transaction fees etc.) However the money doesn't go to charity.
