If you stand on two people, does that make you 140% Jesus?
Provided you think of "water" as being one entity, and then you've got seventy percent of one other entity which is made of water, then you stand upon two of the later entities, that makes it 140% of the first entity, water, in total.
so, provided you look at it from the right perspective, I think we all have the power to be at least Jesus and about half of the holy spirit.
